Great customer service! Jason went above and beyond to help me out!

Have a 20yr old travel trailer in good condition except for the carpet. Did not want to try to tear it out and replace. Too much time and trouble. I thought maybe there is a carpet dye, but never heard of any until I found out about Detail King Carpet Dyes for cars. Thought I would give it a try after watching their video. Received my order (Shadow Blue) and applied it the next day. I was totally amazed to see the carpet transformed before my eyes. Easy to apply. I recommend any one who owns a travel trailer, even dealers to use this product.

Spoke to Jason Fung over the phone, I was just getting started in the coating and paint correcting field. They were patient with me and educated me about everything I would need. Great price and excellent service. I will Be purchasing all my future auto detailing tools from Detail King.

I have ordered from Detail King for about the past year and I am  changing all products I use over to Detail King. It all started when I went to training last August and was blown away by my experience. Everyone at Detail King is wonderful, knowledgeable, professional, and super friendly. I placed an order for a Mytee LIte 8070. Detail King had the package that I wanted at, by far, the best price around. I received a call a short time later to thank me for my order and to see if I had any questions. The order arrived a few days later. When I began assembly I was missing 4 screws. I sent them a message and they sent them out right away. Great products, great prices, great service.

Had an issue ordering online, my order didn’t process for some reason. Bill followed up with my order and helped me cancel the initial order and resubmit over the phone. Took a few minutes, absolutely great customer service. Definitely will order from here again.

This RUG DYE is FANTASTIC, I only order 1 bottle of the liquid, it totally covered all the stains, etc. I have to order 1 more bottle, in the Maroon color. I’ll call you guys, on Monday. THIS DYE IS GREAT, LOOKS brand new, THANK YOU ALL. John
