Excellent Customer service. Bought a Mytee carpet extractor to replace a 6 year old commercial unit that had been well used! Excellent communication, shipped faster than stated. Great pricing, and because I had purchased before, went the extra mile to keep me as a customer when purchasing a new Polisher, and headlight restoration system. Very pleased with the service, and the items purchased!

Bill was super cool and helpful. He answered all of my questions I had. Very fast and friendly service. I love these products.

Was looking for a new polishing system and called Detail King and talked to Brooke who was very nice and helpful, same day my wife and I drove there met the owner and Jason they answered every question we had awesome professional people. I have always had great service with Detail king and my Rep Jason he a great guy handles all my orders very knowledgable about products and services they provide.

I took your first ceramic coating class  and we use the Jade product now. I must say it has been the best class I have ever taken. I see so many people making basic mistakes because you never took a class and ceramic coating but Detail King really gave us a hands-on feeling and I looked with extreme confidence and in the end the course paid for it self. Thank you all at Detail King!

I spoke with “BROOKE” at Detail King  just yesterday, and I really enjoyed her happy attitude with me. She was most helpful with a few tips on how easy it really is, to use your “BEGINNER” KIT. I hope she can be used to educate more people in her job description, on how to be pleasant to more of your customers…. I liked her so much, I bought a beginners kit , even tho I just have ONE hole I managed to burn in my seat… WHO KNOWS WHAT WILL HAPPEN NEXT. :>)

Hey Detail King, John S. in Springfield Virginia. Received my order today that I ordered over the weekend. I don’t know how you get it to me so fast but I do appreciate it. It’s as if someone is working around the clock to get your products out the door! Wanted to let you guys know that you do everything RIGHT. The tape you use to seal the bottles and jugs – strong as hell and nothing leaks. And guess what- no sticky residue once the tape is removed – that’s awesome. Your products are tremendous, always striving to improve them and offering new product(s) to keep up with the ever ending changes in paint finishes not to mention ceramics.

Your sale days are frequent and always a nice discount for us consumers not to mention free shipping which is the real gift – everyone knows how expensive it is to ship liquids and frequently you do it for free. My only gripe is that since the foam pad glaze was improved it changed from green to charcoal grey in color. Same great product just that it stains my porter cable sponges. I guess I’m a bit type A. Keep up the great work!!

I’m a small detailer, only about 50 cars that I routinely do, about half classics and half daily drivers. Hell, I’m retired now so I do this because I love to do it. My ’56 Bel Air goes to lots of car shows and my car sells my detailing work in addition to my daily driver, a 2000 Silverado that looks showroom. Owe it all to DETAIL KING that many years ago showed me the RIGHT WAY to detail along with the BEST PRODUCTS that are available on the market today. Thanks for ALL that you guys DO!!!

Detail king has always been too notch especially Jason Fung he is really great every time I call I would recommend this company 5 stars all the way!

A few days ago a member of your staff suggested that we try our we try your “Chameleon Wheel Cleaner.” We had been using Sonax wheel cleaner and have been quite happy with it. That is no longer the case. Our staff believes that Chameleon far out performs Sonax. Chameleon is now our go to wheel cleaner. Thanks for suggesting it to us!

Ever since graduating from Detail King’s auto detailing seminar program my business has been great. Bill Bruno has always been my go to guy couldn’t have asked for a better representative orders have always shipped and delivered on time even last minute orders get shipped in the clutch!! Have gotten a few damaged orders over the years due to shipment but he had never gave me an issue on getting replacement items out.

I enjoy talking with the staff at DK. They are very knowledgeable and helpful when I need help. I recommend this company to my friends and will continue to order products from Detail King.
