I was part of the October 2015 class and have since been buying my products from Detail King. The good thing is that DK products will always give you the results you are looking for and get the customer satisfied. I practice detailing in Ghana in Africa and I remember one time when I had a few days to leave the United States, Jason made sure I received my products within 2 days to enable me travel back home with them. Your customer service is unmatched. Keep it up

I had an issue with placing an online order on the Detail King website and called and spoke to Jason Fung. He was amazingly helpful with getting my order processed and put through. I was also amazed that when I called the phone number that I had received an actual person to speak to instantly and not a prompt system. It was a great pleasure dealing with Jason to have my issue resolved , and so quickly. I will absolutely be a returning customer to order my detailing products from Detail King. Called Detail King for a purchase and the receptionist was very pleasant. Asked for Jason Fung in sales and he made a good impression, as well. Very accommodating and helpful with my requests. Would highly recommend Detail King to others.

We have been a customer of Detail King for almost 2 years now. I already had an established Business with another Detail product supplier… for some reason their customer service just wasn’t up to par!! Immediately Detail King impressed and continues to impress! My experience with Detail King was very good. Simply the very best in the industry I will keep buying form the King!

Just called to place another order with Detail King getting ready for the spring car cleaning season. Bill Bruno was wonderful to work with, I was going to order a couple brushes and after we chatted about what I needed the brushes for, Bill had a better suggestion of what I needed. So glad that Bill  took the time to talk with me and steer me in the right direction. I have been purchasing all of my car cleaning supplies from Detail King for years. The Detail King team will always take the time to hear what you need and make great suggestions.

If you find yourself on the fence if you should invest in Detail King products, training  and/or services, please take the time and read my review. I am a graduate of their February 2016 Technician Training Course. I have a passion for the auto detailing industry, but never considered opening my own business until taking this course with Detail King. You will learn to think outside of the box and how to take every step into becoming a successful business owner. You will learn it is a lot of information to soak in in such a short amount of time. Do yourself a favor and take good notes, but don’t sweat it if you aren’t a good note taker.

Detail King has yet to fail me when calling them for support. They are one of the best companies I have ever done any kind of business with that truly supports their customers and cares about their success. In fact, this past weekend I had a crisis on Friday around 2pm, a piece of equipment failed on me. I thought to myself great, a holiday weekend packed with customers scheduled and my equipment is out of service. I take a breath to clear my head instead of going into full panic mode and then it hits me. CALL DETAIL KING! I called Detail King and sure enough Nick Vacco himself answered my call. I explained to him my situation and without a doubt Nick ensured me they had the part in stock that I needed. Since I am local to Detail King, I have the luxury of driving to them myself instead of waiting around for shipping. I was worried they were going to close early due the Holiday weekend, but they ensured me they would do whatever they could to meet me at their shop at the time I could be there to get what I needed from them. Sure enough, I showed up at their shop and they had the part I needed waiting for me to pick up. This my friends is the best company you can do business with and know they ALWAYS have your back.

So, just remember sometimes it isn’t always about your bottom line. It is about making smart business decisions that will make you successful in the long haul. I also want to add that I am a member of the Detail King Authorized Licensee program. If you are on the fence about joining, make no mistake this group of people are a Family of passionate detailers that you can learn so much from and establish great working relationships. This my friend is another smart business decision you can make to only better yourself. Finally, I need to add some personal thanks to some of the members of the DK Family. Jason Fung, thank you for always taking care of me whenever I need to order something. You are always on top of things and I appreciate that very much. Nick Vacco, I could go on all day about you brother, but I will make it short and sweet by saying thank you for always making yourself available when I need you.

Gary Long, thank you for keeping the warehouse rocking and ensuring all our products get out of the door quickly and safely. Bill Bruno, thank for always willing to have Jason’s back in helping him fulfill orders when he is out of town. Eric LaRocca, thank you for sharing your knowledge during my training seminar and always willing to help me if I get stuck on an issue. Brendan Ley, thank you for always rocking the social media accounts and shoving that camera in our faces, haha just kidding. I’m sure there are names I forgot to call out as I could be here all day. This should show you how much the Detail King Family truly cares. For someone to take the time and write such a long review about a company should speak volumes if you have any idea how difficult it can be to get a customer to write a review for your company. Thank you Detail King Family, you will always be a part of my success.

Bill Bruno of Detail King hands down one of the best experience that I had calling any customer service. It was great to talk to an actual individual in the states the knew exactly what they were talking about and gave me some great pointers I really appreciate it.

I have been doing business with Detail King for a number of years. I’ve dealt with Bill Bruno and Nick Vacco most of the times I’ve called in. Each time I spoke to either one it was a good experience. They always pointed me in the right direction and was to assist me with any other questions/concerns I may have had! Each time!
