The first day of the 2-Day Technician class, Nick, Paul, and Bill put together a presentation that was informative and detailed in helping you be better prepared for it what takes to actually operate your own business. The pizza was really good too!

On day 2, the real fun began, and I was able to see just how much time I was wasting by detailing the “old-fashioned” way. From the foam cannon, to claying, and using an orbital buffer the correct way, I learned to be more efficient and to reach areas of the vehicle I had never thought of cleaning before. Overall, this course was a great experience and I whole heartedly recommend it to anyone looking to open their own business or simply wanting to learn how to detail. I will be back for the craftsman class. I graduated from the January 2016 technician program.

I have just recently attended Detail King 3 Day Craftsman class January 2016. The first day we learned about all you need to know to start your own car detailing business. Some of the things I learned was the different kind of insurance, marketing, and how to up-sell and cross-sell your customers. The second and third day we learned how to wash and detail the interior and exterior of the vehicle.

The Detail King training staff showed me step by step on how to do everything and what you need to know about each thing. They let you experiment with all of the detailing equiment and detailing chemicals they offer. All of the staff at Detail King are very professional. I would recommend this class to anyone that wants to start a detailing business or wants to expand there car detailing business.

I attended the Detail King 3 day craftsman class January 2016 and my experience was fantastic! The first day they taught everything you need to know about the business aspect of running or managing an auto detailing business. They teach you in a way that is easy to follow and understand.

The next two days are exterior and interior detailing training. They show the correct steps and tools for a full wash, clay, buff, polish and seal along with other specialty skills. The Detail King training staff demonstrates all the different buffers and how to use them. The trainer to student ratio is about 2:1 so its almost impossible to leave with a bad habit or poorly skilled. I would recommend Detail King Auto Detailing Training Institute to anyone.

I recently graduated from the Detail King Craftsman Class January 2016. The Detail King Auto Detailing Training Institute deserves endless recognition for their program! When I first arrived I was greeted warmly and I received a DK T-shirt as well as an arsenal of information and reference materials. I was impressed to see a formal syllabus which reminded me of being in college again. Our first day was all about the business aspect and believe me, we learned a large number of industry secrets and hacks, all the way down to the possibility of accidentally killing someone’s battery and being prepared with jumper cables.

I was also relieved to know that they are willing to help me with any questions and concerns I have throughout my journey for success. At the Detail King auto detailing school they gave us the knowledge and skills to succeed right off the bat. The 2 day auto detailing course at Detail King was a great experience and its well worth the money that you pay. Nick Vacco and the Detail King Team were extremely informative and were able to fit in more than I expected in the short amount that I spent with all of them.

I attended the three day Detail King Craftsman Training Class December 2015 and it was great! I learned a ton of information, techniques, methods, and procedures that will take my business to the next level if I apply it correctly. The Detail King staff are a team of professionals that are very knowledgeable about auto detailing and auto reconditioning services.

Someone noticed the genuine excitement I had when I spoke about my experience at the Detail King Training Institute and they said, “I wish I was able to pursue my passion like that.” I realized that’s exactly what I was doing and it made me feel really happy inside.

College was something I knew I was going to do since middle school. After a year I changed my major and the following semester I dropped out. I spent over a year of my life questioning myself and sitting idle. The moment I started to change my patterns in life and attract something better, I found myself at an auto detailing training seminar in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to earn my Automotive Craftsman diploma.

I graduated from the Detail King November 2015 craftsman class, earned my diploma, and had an incredible three days. Right from the beginning you can expect to learn new information whether it be new ways or more unique ways to market your already existing auto detailing company or how to begin marketing for a new one.

The amount of information that Nick provides on day one will bring everyone to an equal level on how to establish and run their own auto detailing business. Day two was an all around great experience! It gives his students time to operate the detailing tools and learn how they work and how to properly use them. All of the trainers he had around on day two were very knowledgeable.

I was able to learn proper buffing methods as well as how to repair paint chips in the hood, and techniques to dye the plastic trim. Nick was there to field several of my questions personally. Day three was a lot to take in. We had one of the dirtiest vans I have seen among my time as a detailer. Using detailing tools such as the Mytee soil extractor, proper interior cleaners, and help from the Detail King instructors we were able to make the interior of that van look like new.

I would definitely recommend this auto detailing class to anyone trying to get into the business or to anyone that simply wants to learn more about auto detailing.

I attended the Detail King 3-Day Craftsman Class November 2015 and I loved it. Being a girl and brand new to the car industry and auto detailing I was a bit intimidated by all the guys who were there to gain more knowledge to improve their business or job but they were all really nice and treated me no different. I chose to attend because my husband is an auto technician and I saw an extra bay at his shop that is an opportunity door for me and so I signed up for this class and went.

I’ve learned so much in 3 days but my all time favorite was the two hands on days where we learned how to detail a vehicle interior/exterior, headlight restoration, fix cigarette burns, repair leather, etc. I love how the tools make the job so much quicker and easier. The best tools I feel that you must have for cleaning the interior are the Tonador and Mytee Extractor because they are amazing. Attend the class and you will see why.

Nick is wonderful and his team is an awesome bunch. If you asked me who was my favorite trainer? I would say all of them because they all knew their thing. They all were always there for us and willing to answer all of our questions. I didn’t have many but I noticed every time someone asks a question it would never be left unanswered. I’m so honored to have been trained by them and they made me feel welcomed.

Any ladies out their who are deciding to learn something new and or changing career like me, go for this class, I promise you won’t regret it. You’ll gain so much knowledge it will make you look at every vehicle out on the street differently because after this class every one of them is a potential customer. 😉 Special thanks to Jason Fung who signed me up and was one of the awesome trainers.
