Ordered Mytee 8070 with one week wait and got it on time but FedEx was rough with box and broke a hose bracket, emailed Detail King late Thursday and first thing Friday morning I got an email from Sales Rep Bradford Caric asking for pictures then right after sending them he informs me that part is being sent the same day. I’ve never had this type of excellent customer service anywhere before and am very satisfied with Detail King and will be purchasing more equipment from them, just finished ordering some more stuff to compliment my extractor.
This is my second Mytee 8070 from Detail King and will be selling my first one to a good friend that wants to start a detailing business. Their price was the best I could find. Wish I could have posted this on the Mytee 8070 product page.
