I placed a order with Detail King a few months ago. I only received part of my order so I emailed my sales rep about the situation. Within about 30 minutes he got back to me with a answer as to why I didn’t get it. He sent out a replacement that day. The whole Detail King staff is always friendly and helpful. They have answered many questions for me and that is why I won’t use any other products.
