I attended the December, 2014 Auto Detailing Training at the Detail King, Nick Vacco’s facility in Plum Boro, PA. I found the program to be highly informative with regard to current automotive detailing procedures, processes and techniques. Nick and his training Team were first rate and professional with candid commentary pertaining to the art of detailing automobiles. I was particularly impressed by Nick’s in-tune presence and input during the majority of the detailing training sessions.
Nick and his Team members did a great job of articulating the good, the bad and the ugly of dealing with just about every imaginable issue that one might encounter when negotiating with a patron and his or her vehicle. One of the big takeaways was “Set appropriate expectations and deliver more than expected.” I’d like to thank Nick and the gang at the Detail King for a very memorable and rewarding experience.
