First thing, before I write my review I like to say I am a detailer and have been for 3 years now. I do everything from a basic cleaning to Ceramic Coating. You probably ask, why did you attend this course. Well…. To learn how to start a buisness and devleop new detailing techniques. Growth is all about leaning new things.
Buisness: Nick Vacco is the epitome of success when it comes to detailing. He delivers a tremendous amount of info on what it takes to get started. If you have a question or a problem he will have an answer or solution – even if you don’t go to the course, do a webinar or buy his book. You won’t be disappointed!
Curriculum: Every area covered was explained thoroughly. Obviously with practice you become better, but my wife that never detailed before left with more than just better. She left with confidence! I believe she told me her favorite segment was paint correction. She used a geardriven Flex DA polisher which I believe is difficult for beginners. With some detail assistance from a DK instructor and 30 mins later she was cutting like a professional.
Detail Kings Trainers: Are the most professional and humble people I’ve ever met. Usually people at this status, think there sh-t dont stink. Not them. Jason, Evan, Dave, Gary, Bill, Josh, and Frank are an excellent team. They explained the material very well and answered every question that was asked. They were ALSO very open to students that wanted to share there experience (like me).
Facility: Everything that is needed was available to us. Plenty of Rupes and Flex polishers to try, before you buy. Shop overall was very clean with a professional set up.
Customer Service: Duke did a heck of job to ensure the process was fluid as it can be. Explained everything and if something didn’t go right he walked me thru it. Thanks duke!
Now do I recommend this course, absolutely. I recommend this course to anyone that is wanting to start a buisness in detailing or want to become more efficient. Time is money and they have impressive products to help you with that. Last thing, I want to say thank you Nick Vacco and DK Team/ Trainers. The motto “We Change Lives” is exactly what you did! See you in the near future for the Jade ceramic course!
