I attended the January 2016 Technician Training and got a lot out of it. The first day was all about how to open and run an auto detailing business. I think it’s useful for anyone, whether you have been in business a long time like me or just getting started. I learned many different ways I can market my detailing business that I’m not already doing and ways I can improve my relationships with my customers and get more repeat business.
Nick Vacco, the president of Detail King, was very knowledgable. The second day was all hands on training. We spent the whole day actually detailing a car. The methods and procedures they taught us will definitely help me work more efficiently and thoroughly. All the people teaching the detailing training also had a lot of experience, like Nick, and were very helpful. Thanks to this class, I now have the tools to be a successful business owner as well as the tools to bring a car back to showroom condition.
