I have to tell a quick story here so everyone knows the quality of people that work at Detail King. I purchased a Mytee HP60 extractor locally in Philadelphia but I bought the Mytee Vac attachment from Detail King. The vac didn’t fit due to a old/new quick attachment which didn’t work. Bill asked whether I wanted to send it back or see what he could come up with for me. I opted to keep the vac and Bill at Detail King did a bit of research and had the piece shipped to me from Mytee at no charge and a bit of work on his end.
I have received nothing but the epitome of service from you and applaud the company you have created. I am very happy to say that I purchase from you and give small samples of your product to my customers for quick touch-ups. Keep up the excellent work Detail King and you have a lifelong customer.
