Well where do I start. Long story short. Been detailing cars for years just recently decided to expand the business and went searching on web. Found a website that was user friendly, appealing, and had a numerous products with great descriptions. So my first purchase from the company was the TORNADOR and let me tell you the greatest tool ever made for cars. I love this thing. Even bought foam gun after and numerous dressings, chemicals, etc. But cutting story short the customer service is great. If I ever run into a dilemma doing a benevolent just give them a call and receive an answer. I also like the fact that they call to inform you order is shipped when you should receive it and give an email. After the order is scheduled to be delivered a day or two later they call to see how everything went. Though the after delivery phone call hasn’t happened the last two orders. I know that if there ever was an issue someone and anyone there would not hesitate to help resolve it. THANKS GUYS FOR MAKING A COMPANY WE CAN TRUST AND COUNT ON!!!!
