First of all Sarah and myself would like to say thank you! We both had the chance to talk on the way home, and this class FAR exceeded our expectations. We have both been to countless trainings in both the automotive and emergency services side. Detail King 2 day training by far was the best investment for the money we have spent.
We worked very hard with our team today, and felt absolutely fortunate to have Dave as our instructor. It provided us with real life experience that we can begin to form a solid idea of what we should expected to invest in a detailing service, manpower wise. Dave was very down to earth, level headed and obviously very experienced in this profession. He was able to keep the group on pace, adding constructive criticism and tips that only a seasoned veteran could provide. He did a phenomenal job today.
With that being said the interaction of your entire staff and specifically from Paul, Gary and Bill was extremely valuable. Several times Paul and myself engaged in very informative discussions on establishing procedures and practices, as well as just how to succeed in this trade. I could make this a 4 page email, but I am certain that you are aware of the top notch staff that you have.
We both look forward to meeting our goals of adding a detailing service to our already established customer base, and increase it from there. Most importantly we look forward to working with you in years to come as we grow our business.
