When I entered the DK facility you could visually see professionalism. A personable and professional staff, gift bags, free T-shirt, certification binder full of information, and free continental breakfast. The classroom sessions were highly informative and easy to follow. [overload of information] followed by lab 1 & 2 where you applied your knowledge with hands on detailing. The staff instructed, demonstrated, and coached you through each stage of detailing.
I have been involved with several world-class training institutes and Nick Vacco has worked hard to develop both a world class facility and training institute with a top notch staff. I came in with gaps in my knowledge and left confident in detailing procedures. I highly recommend Detail King training programs. I graduated from the July 2016 Craftsman program.
