Ordered some product off the website and it was filled incorrectly (no big deal mistakes happen). Within 12 hours of my email stating I received the wrong product, the correct order was on the way and they did some things on their end, to compensate for the minor inconvenience. It was clear taking care of the customer was their first priority.
