I love the individual touch provided by Bill my sales rep. I am just getting started in business and I am never judged or made to feel bad since I am not ordering a semi-truck of supplies yet. The products are very well described online and any questions are quickly answered by Bill or any representative that I talk to. I love the products and enjoy the creative smells that make working hard on a car a little more pleasurable.
