Staff was friendly, prompt, and mostly helpful. However, the fact that I bought a very expensive polisher which broke after first use and I was told I had to get a replacement through the manufacturer is VERY frustrating and discouraging. I will probably shop elsewhere for by business needs in the future. It was disappointing your store wouldn’t take responsibility for product that was sold in your store.
